Our Pedagogy teachers

Pedagogy
Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy is not a "method", but an approach to children. Starting with a clear, wake and caring look, the Waldorf educator catches details on the child's growing process, and respecting this process founds the entire school curricula.
It's not just a matter of "slowing down". It's about giving the right thing at the right moment. To help a flower blossom, we need precise impulses in precise moments. Like any other living thing, a child also suffers if we ask him something he's not yet "muscled" for; and suffers also if we deny him something he deserves, given his skills and maturity.
That's why Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy doesn't just care about shaping a child with correct learnig steps: to have a complete human being, to help him develop all the talents he hides within, the school curriculum is enriched with artistic and practical subjuects. Music, painting, modeling, woodwork, agriculture, handwork, eurythmy... An anthroposophical approach to education aims to make us free to express our whole being, full of talent, creativity, initiatives, to work in a world who's tired of puppets, a world shouting for personalities full of ideas and will to innovate.
In our Vivere l'Antroposofia course we'll explore also the themes related to pedagogy.
